This rail penetration isolation structure has the openable/closable isolation wall 5 for partitioning the two spaces 20, 21, and rails 1, 2 for a crane movable between the two spaces only when the isolation wall 5 is opened. The rails have two fixed rail parts 1 elongated in the two spaces 20, 21 respectively, and arranged mutually oppositely at an interval; and a movable rail part 2 connected between the fixed rail parts 1 so as to close the interval when the isolation wall 5 is opened, and constituted so as to move to at least one side of the isolation wall 5 when the isolation wall 5 is closed. The structure has a movable rail driving mechanism for driving the movable rail part 2, and a separation wall driving mechanism for opening and closing the isolation wall 5.
