Abstract:
To provide a rod lateral movement allowing type crossing security device that maintains an obstacle detection capability even when a crossing interception rod of a rod lateral movement allowing type crossing gate moves laterally.SOLUTION: A crossing gate is provided with a bending mechanism that laterally moves a crossing interception rod 14 moves passively, a lateral movement detection means that detects the degree of lateral movement of the crossing interception rod 14 is provided, and a crossing obstacle detection device expands a crossing obstacle detection region according to its detected value. Moreover, first bending mechanisms 32 to 35 for lateral movement and second bending mechanisms 36 to 38 for passive movement are provided to the bending mechanism. The first bending mechanism is configured to return from a bending state to a straight state with resilient force, and the second bending mechanism is configured to bend when a detachable engagement fitting is released. Furthermore, a lateral bending eliminating member and a vertical bending eliminating member that interfere with the raised crossing interception rod 14 and make it straight are also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
