Title:
RAPID HARDENING SOLIDIFICATION TREATMENT METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07275827
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To harden slurry of dug soil mixed with water and a rapidly hardening hydraulic material of an intermediate which contains and heated at a specified temperature for refilling.

CONSTITUTION: Flux such as NaCl or KCl is incorporated into aluminum waste when the waste is melted for the regeneration as aluminum ingot. In the melting is by-produced slag called dross, the soluble components of which are removed by washing with water to make aluminum dross. The aluminum dross is used as a rapidly hardening material which is mixed with dug soil and water to be used for refilling. Practically, a mixture of the aluminum dross, lime, and water is heated to obtain an intermediate containing C3AH6, which is heated at 300-800°C to make the rapidly hardening hydraulic material containing C3AH1.5 and/or C12A7H as main components.
