Abstract:
To manufacture a rare earth sintered magnet by using granules having superior mobility and whose dimension precision and production of a compact can be improved.
The manufacturing method of the rare earth sintered magnet has a process for injecting the granules constituted of primary alloy particles in prescribed composition and of organic liquid into a mold cavity, a process for applying a magnetic field in the granules and obtaining the compact by pressing and a process for sintering the compact. Organic liquid is added to primary alloy particles and the granules are formed. It is desirable that organic liquid is removed until the granules become a drying state.
