Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rat-proofing further, to resolve contamination to the earth and river by blown out rat-proofing agent, to prevent effluence of the rat-proofing agent into rainwater, etc. by providing water-resistance, to prevent lowering of the rat-proofing effect due to heat by providing heat-resistance, to heighten durability of the rat-proofing effect to prevent damage by rats over a long term, and to improve the appearance to heighten the commercial value.
SOLUTION: Two kinds of rat-proof vinyl chloride resin compositions are obtained by changing a compounding ratio of microencapsulated cycloheximide into a vinyl chloride resin. An internal layer sheath 9A is made from the vinyl chloride resin compounded with larger amount of the microencapsulated cycloheximide, and an external layer sheath 9B is made from the vinyl chloride resin compounded with smaller amount of the microencapsulated cycloheximide, to constitute a sheath 9 by the two layers.
