Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out correct blending, by providing a means for storing a blending name and raw material storage place etc., a blended quantity display means, a weigher, a step progress means for comparing a weighed value with a raw material blending quantity and for causing the raw material name and raw material storage place to be displayed.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an input means 1, memory means 2, writing means 3, read means 4, display 5, computer 7, etc. Outputs from read means 4, 6 compare the raw material name read data thereof with the raw material name displayed by a raw material display means 51, and the agreement of the both is detected by a raw material agreement detecting means 8. A computed value and a raw material blending quantity are compared by the outputs from the means 4 and the computer 7, and it is detected by a blending quantity agreement detecting means 9 that the difference is within an allowable range. When the agreement of the blending quantity is detected, a step progress means 10 in the output side of the means 9 causes the means 51 to display the name and storage place of the next raw material.
