To enable secure data demodulation for a non-contact information memory medium even having a wide resonant frequencies.

The reading device 10 for receiving and demodulating a radio signal transmitted from a non-contact information memory medium 20, includes antenna primary coil 11-1, antenna secondary coil 11-2 and detection coil 11a, each having a different coupling factor to an antenna 21 provided on the non-contact information memory medium 20; demodulation circuits 17a-17c connected to the antenna primary coil 11-1, the antenna secondary coil 11-2 and the detection coil 11a, respectively, for demodulating the radio signal; and an OR-circuit 18 for OR'ing the respective outputs from the demodulation circuits 17a-17c, so as to demodulate and output.
