Abstract:
To provide a real estate intermediation support system, a property management server, a real estate intermediation method and a real estate intermediation program capable of selecting a preview approval condition for each real estate property from property information and preview approval information, and performing a preview approval on the basis of the selected preview approval condition.SOLUTION: A real estate management server 131 comprises: a communication unit 132 for receiving property information and preview approval information from an administrator terminal device 111; a storage unit 134 for storing the received property information and the preview approval information; and a control unit 133 for generating a property list from the property information. The communication unit 132 distributes the property list to a tenant/buyer terminal device 121, and receives, from the tenant/buyer terminal device 121, the property request information selected from the property list. The control unit 133 performs a preview approval based on the preview approval condition selected from the preview approval information corresponding to the property request information and transmits unlocking information of the property to the tenant/buyer terminal device 121 when the preview approval is approved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
