To provide a real estate business support system activating each agency by interposing various agencies in relation to the duties of a real estate agent, and dispelling the uncertainty to the real estate agent by letting a user participate in a real estate business and disclosing information by use of a network or the like, and a real estate business support system easily collecting and delivering information required by the user.
The real estate business support system comprises a general user's terminal 7, terminals 6a, 6b... of agencies, terminals 8a and 8b of real estate agents, and a system provided with a server 3, which are connected through a network 1, to perform a series of real estate duties started from financing related to a real estate business. This system further has a function for delivering, in response to a request from the general user's terminal 7, the information data stored in the real estate agent's terminals 8a, 8b... to the terminal 7 through the server 3.
