PURPOSE: To transfer picture information and audio information to an information user through separate B-channels in real time by composing the picture information and audio information equivalent to two screens into one packet and informing the packet to a host device.
CONSTITUTION: When an information server uses a 1st TV telephone set 1 to connect a call to a real time synchronization transfer equipment 4 through an ISDN communication network 3, the call connection notice is informed to a host device 6 via an ISDN communication control section 41, a data control section 42, a selection information buffer section 43 and an SCSI communication control section 52 to start a service processing section 63. The real time synchronization transfer equipment 4 applies processing such as a communication protocol or the like to the picture information and audio information sent to the real time synchronization transmission equipment through separate B channels from the 1st TV telephone set 1 by the ISDN communication control section 41 and stores the information to a voice buffer section 44 and a picture buffer section 45. Thus, the information is reproduced synchronizingly in real time by the terminal equipment.
