Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rear console for an automobile, which can simplify its structure, and concurrently enhance properties for accuracy of fittings.
SOLUTION: This invention is concerned with the tower type rear console for an automobile, which comprises a plurality of apparatuses or functional accessories disposed, it includes a frame work 17 comprising specified components integrated where the respective apparatuses 11 through 16 are mounted in place in the frame work. Its upper part 18 is formed out of pipes, and its lower part 19 is formed out of sheet metals, and the upper part 18 is combined with the lower part 19, so that the integrated frame work 17 is thereby formed. The lower part 19 of the frame work 17 can be fastened to the side of a body. The console main body 11 is combined with the frame work 17, and the respective apparatuses are thereby mounted to the specified area of the console main body 11.
