A torsion beam 3 is connected over from a right to a left suspension arms 1. The support bracket 5 is connected to a part of the suspension arm 1 separated from the connection part of the torsion beam 3, and extended downward inside a vehicle body so as to be projected downward from a lower end of the suspension arm 1. The receiver member 9 is arranged to be projected downward from a lower end of the suspension arm 1 between the torsion beam 3 and the support bracket 5, and any one of a front part and a rear part of the receiver member 9 is connected to the torsion beam 3, and the other thereof is connected to the support bracket 5, and a lateral part of the receiver member 9 is connected to the suspension arm 1.
