Abstract:
To provide a rear suspension which can properly prevent or avoid that an on-vehicle apparatus, a part and an intermediate beam interfere with one another resulting a rear collision of a vehicle even if a fuel tank and the other on-vehicle apparatus and a part are arranged at a vehicle front side of the intermediate beam.SOLUTION: A rear suspension S comprises: a pair of left and right trailing arms 3 which are attached to a vehicle body 10 side at front parts, and attached with rear wheels 2 at rear parts, and located with an internal in a vehicle width direction; and an intermediate beam 4 extending to the vehicle width direction, and connecting middle portions of a pair of the trailing arms 3 in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction. In the intermediate beam 4, a section modulus of a center-shifted part 4b in the vehicle width direction is set smaller than section moduli of both end parts 4a in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
