Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receivable management system capable of performing receiving processing of a settlement month in a specific period of time after completing the receivable settlement of the month, and capable of updating remainder relevant to the receivable in the settlement period of time at a timing of the transaction.SOLUTION: The receivable management system includes: a client 104 on which a date, a total amount and a billing destination of a paying-in slip are input; a database server 103 which has a settlement control table which stores a piece of information on account settlement periods and a piece of information on receivable settlement periods on the basis of year and month and a receiving processing calendar table which stores receiving processing days on the basis of year and month; and an application server 102 that receives the date of the paying-in slip input on the client 104, outputs an instruction to the database server 103 to indicate whether the date of the input paying-in slip is a settlement status as a piece of information on the receivable settlement period, determines that the information on the account settlement period is in an unsettled state, determines that the date of the input paying-in slip is the date the receiving processing is available, and executes the remainder update processing with the total amount on the input paying-in slip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
