PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver etc. capable of accurately receiving a radio wave if the reception environment of the radio wave changes.SOLUTION: The receiver includes: a receiver unit 11 for receiving a radio wave from a terminal device 30; a reflector unit 12 for reflecting the radio wave to the receiver unit 11; a measurement unit 11b for measuring the reception intensity of the received radio wave; and a drive unit 13 for driving the reflector unit 11 to change the state of the reflector unit 12 according to the reception intensity.
