Abstract:
To enable a user to easily re-receive a broadcast wave that the user desires by informing that the user that the broadcast wave recovers to get ready for reception after the broadcast wave that the user desires enters a unreceivable state owing to a bad reception state.
A reception state monitor section 13 detects the reception state of the broadcast wave and displays the reception state of the broadcast wave at a display section 14. A reception state monitor section stops output of an output signal as a demodulation result of the broadcast wave and continues to display the detection of the reception state of the broadcast wave when the reception state of the broadcast wave is not good.
