PURPOSE: To increase the effciency of operation of a receiver by making possible select of the receiving sensitivity, pass band width of intermidiate frequency, etc. independently in every preset receiving frequency.

CONSTITUTION: Alteration switches 23 to 25 interlock to frequency alteration switch 22, and variable resistors 26 to 29 which preset the amount of attenuation of the attenuator set the current flowing to PIN diode 31, constitution of the attenuator, from power source 30. Switches 32 to 35 preset the band width of intermidiate frequency and the intermidiate frequency amplifier can select nallow band 6 or wide band 7. Moreover, switches 36 to 39 preset ON/OFF of Dolby's circuit. For the reason of the constitution mentioned above, the amount of input attenuation, band width of intermidiate frequency and Dolby's circuit can be selected independently in every preset receiving frequency and the efficiency of operation is fine.
