Abstract:
To provide a receiving device, a receiving method, and a program that can appropriately control output stop.SOLUTION: A projection device 4 comprises: an HDMI receiving unit 403 that receives a data signal, a clock signal, an output stop signal, and an output stop release signal which are transmitted from a projection control device 3; and a CPU 400. The CPU 400 instructs output according to the received data signal, and instructs output stop according to the data signal when it receives the output stop signal during output according to the data signal. The CPU 400 instructs output stop release even in a case where it does not receive the output stop release signal when it detects that a receiving state of the clock signal is changed from a first state to a second state and detects that the receiving state of the clock signal is changed from the second state to the first state, after receiving the output stop signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
