To prevent cracks from being generated during shrinkage by curing of a cement molding by providing a channel along the outer peripheral edge of a receiving part for receiving the surface side of the cement molding under uncured condition molded in a mold.
A tile 2 taken out of a mold is placed in a curing storage room under a condition where the surface side 2a is recessed into a receiving part 3 of a receiving mold 1, and steam curing is performed there. As the inside of the curing storage room is under high temp. and highly humid conditions, steam being brought into contact with the surface of the receiving mold 1 which has been put thereinto from the outside being at lower temp. than the inside of the curing storage room is turned into waterdrops, which go along the surface of the receiving mold 1 and are gathered into a channel 4. The waterdrops do not flow on the surface of the tile 2 recessed in the receiving part 3 like this. Then, the gathered waterdrops flow along the channel 4 and eventually flow out to the outside of the receiving mold 1. Therefore, there exists no possibility of generating cracks in the cement molding 2 being steam-cured in the receiving mold 1 for the cement molding 2 during shrinkage by curing.
