Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a receiving plate to be used for a planar antenna for transmitting/receiving a microwave having the constitution so that a product capable of displaying performance proposed in the design of manufacturing is manufactured with high sureness.
CONSTITUTION: A base plate 15 for a receiving plate 15 consists of a shielding plate 16 and insulating layers 17, 18 stuck to one and the other faces of the plate 16. Many receiving elements 20 are respectively stuck to the anti-shielding plate side face of one insulating layer 17 like films and many transmission elements 21 for transmitting receiving signals received by the elements 20 to feeding points on the planar antenna are respectively stuck to the anti-shielding plate side face of the other insulating layer 18 like films. Consequently the probability of obtaining the prescribed fixing states of those elements 20, 21 stuck like films to the base plate 15 at the time of manufacturing the receiving plate 15 is improved.
