Abstract:

PURPOSE: To contrive to prevent generation of noise, damage on a material to be conveyed and generation of dusts at the time of conveying a particulate material, by so supporting a conveyor trough that the trough can be reciprocated in the longitudinal direction at a high speed forwards and at a low speed backward.

CONSTITUTION: When a servo motor 9 is driven to rotate a crank arm 14 counterclockwise at a high speed in a range A and at a low speed in a range B, the conveyor trough 1 is moved forwards at a high speed and backwards at a low speed through a connecting rod 16. Thus, the material to be conveyed is moved forward with an inertia exceeding the maximum static frictional force at the time of the high-speed forward movement, and is stopped by the frictional force at the time of the low-speed backward movement. Accordingly, the material to be conveyed slide on a bottom wall 1a of the conveyor trough 1, collision against the conveying surfaces does not occur, generation of noise and damage on the material can be prevented, and a particulate material can be conveyed without generating any dust. In addition, construction can be simplified.
