PURPOSE: To simplify the constitution by forming passageways along the part of the valve with a smaller diameter, through the side wall of the valve chamber, and at the opening of the valve chamber which are connected and disconnected by the stepped part of the valve and passageways through the side wall at another position of the valve chamber and through the bottom of the valve chamber which are connected and disconnected by the part of the valve with a larger diameter.
CONSTITUTION: One end of a cylindrical valve chamber 1 is formed as the opening 1A and the other end, as the bottom IB. Through the bottom 1B a passageway 2A is formed. Through the side wall 1C and close to the opening 1A a passageway 2C is formed and close to the bottom 1B a passageway 2B is formed. The valve 3 fitted inside the valve chamber 1 is formed in the shape of a rod and, with a stepped part 3C, has a part 3B with a smaller diameter where the valve extends to the opening 1A from the part 3A with a larger diameter. The opening 1A serves as a passageway 2D. In this constitution, to convey fluid from one container to another, a first passageway 5A by which the first passageway 2B in the side wall communicates with the passageway 2A in the bottom and a second passageway 5B by which the second passageway 2C in the side wall communicates with the opening A are formed by the reciprocating movement of the valve 3.
