Title:
RECLAMATION OF SOLID MATTER-ADHERING THERMOPLASTIC FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS57140122
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled uniform reclaimed article without the influence of waterdrops, by extruding a film, to which solid matter such as thermosetting resin has adhered, by an extruder without using a nozzle, crushing the film into a size smaller than screen meshes, and re-extruding the crushed film into a pellet by an extruder.

CONSTITUTION: When a thermoplastic film, to which solid matter such as thermosetting resin has adhered, is to be reclaimed, the film is preworked as necessary by a cutting or crushing method, charged into an extruder, melted therein, extruded thereby without using a nozzle, and then cooled into a solid state. Thereafter, the solidified film is crushed into a size smallr than the screen meshes of an extruder to be used, melted in the extruder, and then re-extruded by the extruder provided with a nozzle and a screen. The re-extruded matter is cooled, cut and formed into a pellet. Thus, the pellet applicable for reuse is obtained.
