Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology with which it is possible to record a signal for performing a proper analysis after an event. The recording control device comprises: a second audio acquisition unit that uses an audio acquisition device having audio acquisition directivity to acquire, as a second audio signal, audio which has higher audio fidelity at the driver's side in comparison to a first audio signal; and a recording control unit that, when the occurrence of a specific event is detected, performs control such that a vehicle-surroundings image signal, a driver status signal, the first audio signal, and the second audio signal over a prescribed period including the time at which the specific event occurred are recorded in a recording device as event record information.
