PURPOSE: To obtain the titled device which enables fitting at high accuracy with a simple adjustment and requires no parts of precision working by a method wherein a plural number of pin shafts installed at the side of a head fitting base are regulated to move against a plural number of long holes at the side plate by means of a positioning member.

CONSTITUTION: Pins 29, 30 installed at a head fitting base 28 are inserted into inserting long holes 31a, 31b of side plates 31, 32 and a pin 31b and a screw 34 are inserted respectively into long holes 37a, 37b of positioning levers 37, 38 fitted with screws 33W36. Then, levers 37, 38 are rotated around a hole 37c and the fitting base 28 is moved horizontally. A positioning member 41 is fixed at a substrate 27 so that the end part thereof may contact with the side face of a positioning screw 39, and the other end face of the member 41 is made to contact with the opposite face of a bearing 46 of a pressing roller 45 and further, the center of an exothermic element 26a is made to coincide with the pressing center of the roller 45 mechanically. In this state, screws 33, 34 are tightened to fix a pin 30 against the side plate, and thereafter, the positioning member 41 is removed.
