Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a highly reliable, low cost recording device capable of preventing the temperature rise of a substrate during ink jet operation, ink qualitative deterioration and thermal crosstalk from occurring and making ink discharge stable.
CONSTITUTION: An ink jet recording device has metals 14A, 14B which face an ink flow path 16 with an ink discharge orifice 13 for discharging liquid to form scattering liquid droplets and generate/absorb heat under the Peltier effect.
