Abstract:
To suppress contact of a recording medium with peripheral units.
A recording medium conveying device 3M is disposed between a printing part and a feeding part which a printing machine is equipped with. The device 3M is equipped with a swing gripper 20 and a recording medium transfer cylinder 26. A printing sheet S conveyed from the feeding part is gripped by the swing gripper 20 and transferred to the recording medium transfer cylinder 26. The swing gripper completing transfer of the printing sheet S returns to the feeding part side so as to receive another printing sheet S, and in this process, air A is blown out toward the transfer cylinder 26 from a nozzle 30 attached to the fore end part of the swing gripper 20.
