PURPOSE: To provide a three dimensional information recording and reproducing device where multiple people can simultaneously observe a stereographic image, the stereographic image can be observed by changing visual angles, and the focus of eyes is freely adjusted to an optional point so as to make natural viewing possible.

CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a stereographic image input device 11 having an optical control part 13 where multiple image-forming elements are arranged at prescribed intervals, which consist of a pinhole or a lens where a shutter is respectively provided, and the shutters are scanned by prescribed horizontal and perpendicular synchronizing signals and also having an imaging device 12a which is provided at the rear of the optical control part 13 so as to change an image formed through the image-forming element into an electric signal when the respective shutters are opened and the device is also provided with an image reproducing device 12 having an image display part 15 where the image signal of the imaging device 12a is made to coincide with a scanning signal so as to be reproduced and multiple opening/closing holes which are arranged in front of the image display part 15 at the prescribed intervals, scanned by the horizontal and perpendicular synchronizing signals and arranged at the prescribed intervals.
