Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by informing the user of the completion of inserting an MD(minidisk) in the subject device having a top loading mechanism are preventing the inserted MD from falling off in a simple structure.
SOLUTION: The tip of a guide pin 6d to be inserted into a guide hole 33b of the MD 30 when the MD 30 is in the subject device is more or less protruded into a holder 5 even when the holder 5 is in its insertible position, and an inner dimension of the holder 5 is larger than the sum of a projecting height of the guide pin 6d and the thickness of the MD 30. On the other hand, a distance between a projecting part 8a of a leaf spring 8 fixed to face the inner surface of the holder 5 and the opposite surface of the holder 5 is smaller than the sum of the thickness of the MD 30 and the projecting height of the guide pin 6d, thus realizing a click feeling at the time of inserting the MD 30 and the prevention against falling off of the MD 30 in such a simple structure.
