The recovery apparatus is mainly equipped with an expansion cooling part 10 composed of first and second cooling tanks 11a and 11b equipped with cooling coils, an expansion tank 16 functioning as a free expanding space. In this recovery apparatus, since the exhaust gas is expanded and forcibly cooled in the first and second cooling tanks 11a and 11b internally reduced in pressure, the exhaust gas is effectively cooled and the washing liquid component is certainly recovered.
