Abstract:
To provide technology that enables a recruitment manager of a company that adopts referral recruiting to evaluate more appropriately the state of activity of an employee acting as a recruiter.SOLUTION: A recruitment activity support device includes: an employee function provision unit that provides an employee function to support a recruitment referral activity, by each employee, of an in-house job offer, to a relative thereof; a relative function provision unit that provides a relative function to support an application by the relative to the job offer; a usage state recording unit that records, based on identification information of each employee, information indicating the state of recruitment referral activity using the employee function for each employee, and records, based on identification information of each relative, information indicating a state of the application using the relative function and information indicating a state of selection related to the application for each relative.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
