Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the easy extraction of action different in the vertical-lateral strokes of rectangular motion so as to obtain a rectangular motion locus rapidly with high accuracy by forming simple structure by applying cam mechanism, belonging to the mechanical element of machinery.

CONSTITUTION: When a camshaft engaged with power is rotated in the direction of an arrow mark, a lateral guide member 5 slides laterally in the lateral direction of the arrow mark within the fixed frame bodies 10, 10 by a lateral cam 7. Further with the rotation of the camshaft 9 in the direction of the arrow mark, a vertical guide member 9 vertically slidable in sliding contact with the lateral guide member 5 slides vertically in the vertical direction of an arrow mark by a vertical cam 8. With this lateral and vertical motion, a rectangular motion locus 6c is obtained at the terminal part 6b of the vertical guide member 6. This terminal part 6b can be connected, as the stroke output end different in vertical-lateral momentum, to a rectangular motion feeding device.
