Abstract:

To provide a recycled and injection molded boot which is recycled by recovering a used boot and recycled from the recovered boot as a raw material.

This recycled and injection molded boot MB is integrated with boot body 1 and lining 2. the boot body 1 is synthetic resin layer injection molded by using shoe materials and contains waste textile 3 of the lining crushed into the synthetic resin layer. The lining 3 is the lining integrally laminated on the inside surface of the synthetic resin layer of the boot body. the boot body 1 is molded by the compounded pellets composed of the raw material pellets made from the recovered boot and the virgin raw material pellets and contains a material pellets made from the recovered boot at a ratio of 50 to 100% in compounding ratio.
