A recycling apparatus 15 of the organic resources comprises an anaerobic fermentation tank 25 having a resource inlet 251 introducing the organic resources 21, a gas derivation mouth 253 deriving the produced biogas 23, and a digestive fluid derivation mouth 252 deriving the produced digestive fluid 22, and a floating grass cultivation tank 35 to which the digestive fluid 22 is introduced, and which cultivates floating grass. The apparatus may also have a dynamo 45 using the biogas 23 as fuel, and a heater 55 heating a cultivation liquid 351 using waste heat obtained by the dynamo 45. Further, the apparatus may also have a drying device 65 drying the floating grass to make dry grass. The electric power obtained by the dynamo 45, and/or the waste heat may be also used by the drying device 65.
