To miniaturize an apparatus and improve the waste paper utilization ratio, by blowing a recycled pulp obtained by disintegrating cut waste paper onto a rotatable endless fibrous sheet of a paper machine and then drying the resultant pulp.
A waste paper dicarded in an office, etc., is cut with a shredder and then disintegrated with a first pulper 12 and a second pulper 14 to provide a recycled pulp P, which is subsequently placed in a chest 16. A binder T such as polyvinyl alcohol is then added thereto and the resultant mixture is stored while being slowly stirred. The recycled pulp P is subsequently filled in a jetting device 18 and blown on a rotatable endless fibrous sheet provided in a paper machine 24, then dried with a drying roller and wound to afford the final product F.
