Abstract:
To provide a dietary supplement for reducing cellular damages within human bodies, in particular, to provide a method for producing a dietary supplement for removing in-vivo cortex hydroperoxide and super-oxide anion-free radicals.
Fruits of Morinda citrifolia are cropped and aged for zero to fourteen days and the aged fruits are stored in a plastic container for zero to thirty days. Then, the seeds and peels are separated mechanically from the fruit juice and flesh. The juice and flesh are filtered with a centrifugal decanter having a filter of 1 to 2,000 m mesh screen, thus obtaining the fruit juice of Morinda citrifolia. The dietary supplement is produced by mixing the obtained juice with other ingredients.
