Abstract:
PURPOSE:To both improve durability of a gear meshing part and reduce its backlash, by forming into a tapered-tooth shape at least one of the internal tooth of a circular spline and the external tooth of a cup flex spline. CONSTITUTION:An internal tooth of a circular spline 8 is formed in a tapered- tooth shape aligning to the inclination of a cup flex spline 7. In this way, durability of a meshing part is improved while its backlash can be reduced because unreasonable force is not applied to the meshing part by engaging an external tooth of the cup flex spline 7 almost on the whole surface with the internal tooth of the circular spline 8.
