Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow viewing multi-direction reflected images panoramically by forming the left and right mirror segments of a reflection mirror as a convex mirror and the central curving part as a plane mirror, and providing adjustability for the curving angle using a turn-buckle.
CONSTITUTION: A reflection mirror consisting of a left and a right mirror segment 2, 2 is formed in a curve at a certain angle, wherein the front surfaces 2a of the mirror segments are formed as convex mirrors 3, 3 while the central curving part is formed as a plane mirror 4. A turn-buckle 6 is installed between the rear surfaces 2b of the mirror segments 2 so that the curving angle of the reflection mirror is made adjustable, A pedestrian or a driver confronting this reflection mirror can have the reflection of himself on the plane mirror portion, and at the same time, can view the situations on the left and right on the convex mirror portions 3 in continuity to the image of himself. Thus the multi-direction reflected images can be viewed panoramically.
