PURPOSE: To automatically remove the gasified flux component from atmospheric gas successively by a method wherein, after the atmospheric gas is sucked out from a furnace body and the flux component is removed from the atmospheric gas, the atmospheric gas is returned to the furnace body.
CONSTITUTION: Suction ports 9 and 9 are provided on the migration adjusting retention part 8 formed on an entrance 6 and on the migration adjusting retention part 8 formed between a reflow zone and a cooling zone. When the atmospheric gas in a furnace body part 1 is sucked out from the above-mentioned suction sports 9 and 9, a gasified flux component is contained in the sucked out atmospheric gas. This flux component is removed by a flux removing unit 10, and the flux compound removed atomospheric gas is returned to the furnace body part 1 from a returning port 11. As a result, the increase of the flux component in the atmospheric gas can be prevented, and the generation of a defective article caused by the contamination of printed circuit board by the flux component can be prevented.
