Abstract:

To secure reliability of a compressor and a refrigeration cycle apparatus even when a refrigerator oil having excellent compatibility with a refrigerant comprising 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro propene or a mixed refrigerant comprising the refrigerant and difluoro methane is sealed.

A motor has a structure wherein a coil is wound on both ends of a stator via an insulating body made of resin, the refrigerant comprises 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene only or a mixture of the refrigerant and difluoromethane, and a refrigerant compressor uses a polyol ester oil as a refrigerator oil.
