Title:
REFRIGERATING MACHINE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3735771
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating machine and the assembling method of the same wherein the reduction of an assembling cost is contrived by arranging works upon initial assembly in parallel or dismantling the same and simplifying an assembling process while the avoidance of unnecessary dismantling works upon maintenance is permitted.
SOLUTION: The refrigerating machine is provided with a leaf spring 12, constituting a resonance system with a linear motor 15 since a movable unit (a cylinder 17, for example) is attached to the linear motor 15 through the leaf spring 12 and a fixed unit (a piston 8, for example) is attached to an intermediate header 7. A header unit 5 is constituted of the piston 8, for example, which is incorporated into the intermediate header 7, and the movable unit 6 is constituted of the linear motor 15 and the cylinder 17, for example, which are incorporated into the leaf spring 12. In this case, the movable unit 6 is removably incorporated into the header unit 5 so so that reciprocating and sliding motion can be effected relatively between the cylinder 17 and the piston 8.
