Abstract:
To provide a refrigerator with a disinfection deodorizing device that improves safety and preservability.
The refrigerator includes: a refrigerating cycle device which has flammable refrigerant; a storage chamber with pressure reduced to be lower than the atmospheric pressure; and the disinfection deodorizing device that includes a first electrode and a second electrode which are arranged in the storage chamber and to which voltages are applied and that decomposes odor components or bacteria included in air in the storage chamber with ozone or negative ion generated by discharge between the first electrode and the second electrode.
