Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a general method for fixing a glass plate to a door frame with adhesive for making the door of a refrigerator provided with the glass plate on its front surface have no cap is at risk that an adhesion state is deteriorated due to aging or impact shock, and the glass plate comes unstuck from the door frame and falls down at worst.SOLUTION: A refrigerator having a glass plate 4 at the front surface of a door 2, includes: a first fixation part 10 where the glass plate 4 and an engagement part 9 are fixed to each other; and a second fixation part 8 where a door frame 5 having an engaged part 11, and the glass plate 4 are fixed to each other. The engagement part 9 and the engaged part 11 are not engaged with each other when the second fixation part 8 has a function, and the engagement part 9 and the engaged part 11 get into an engaged state when the second fixation part 8 loses its function, so that the glass plate 4 is prevented from falling down.
