Abstract:

To prevent that required oil pressure becomes excessive accompanied by a gear change, when a gear is changed in a belt type gearless drive mechanism so that the rotation drive of a generator may be performed at a predetermined operation point, in a regenerative braking apparatus which performs the regenerative control of the generator in which rotation drive is performed by the kinetic energy of a vehicle by the belt type gearless drive mechanism.

A map which searches for the operation point at the time of performing the regenerative control of a motor generator according to regeneration request torque Trq (MG operation point) is set so that the required oil pressure does not become excessive by considering the required oil pressure of the belt type gearless drive mechanism, thus preventing the lack of oil pressure and generating a belt slide. Moreover, on a transmission gear ratio γ low in required oil pressure at a small high vehicle speed side, namely, at the side with large regeneration request torque Trq, the MG operation point is set to a high rotation side, and charging can be performed efficiently.
