To simply transmit a signal without trouble particularly during a printer operation by providing a unit for generating an electromagnetic wave regarding a signal of a registering pin in a plate cylinder, and disposing a unit for receiving the wave before a control-evaluation unit.
Electrically scanable registering pins 2.1, 2.2 are electrically isolated from a plate cylinder 1 and a clamp bar in the cylinder 1 to detect it by these switching operation type when a metal plate is correctly registered. A switching mechanism of the pins 2.1, 2.2 is operatively connected to a transmitter 4 in the cylinder 1, and a necessary electric power is supplied to the pins 2.1, 2.2 for scanning on one hand and to an overall transmitter 4 on the other hand. A receiver 4 transmits an electromagnetic wave modulated or encoded with respect to a switching state of the pins 2.1 to 2.2 to a reception antenna 6 and a receiver unit 7, and is connected to a control-evaluation unit 8 so as to transmit the signal to the unit 8.
