Abstract:

PURPOSE: To collate the cash balance at the time of the account settlement of business directly with cash and enable accurate cash collation by providing a 2nd memory which cumulatively stores money reception data and is cleared through account settlement processing, and displaying the cash balance at the time of the account settlement processing on the basis of the money reception data.

CONSTITUTION: Sales data are inputted from a key input part 20 and a CPU 10 reads in the data and sends them to a system controller 3, so that the data are written in a memory 23. Then sales amount data are written in a memory 24 for cash balance checking. When primary business ends, the account settlement processing is performed on a registration terminal machine. The CPU 10 reads the sale amount data out of the memory 24, outputs the data to a printer driving circuit 18, and clears the memory 24. Then account settling operation is performed even for secondary business, and the CPU 10 outputs a cash balance report where the cash balance is printed. Therefore, the cash balance and the amount of cash are directly collated with each other to easily and accurately perform the cash collation.
