Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a reinforced high-pressure hose giving small elongation against a tension load as well as small permanent elongation, requiring no large bending force because of high flexibility pertaining thereto, ensuring a handling convenience and enabling durability to be improved.
CONSTITUTION: An inner layer 1 is made of a rubber type elastic material and an outer layer 2 is made of a rubber material. Also, reinforcing layers 5a and 5b made of at least two fabric or steel wire layers are formed between the layers 1 and 2. Furthermore, an intermediate layer 4 made of rubber material is formed on the layer 5a, and an air gap layer 6 is formed between the layers 4 and 5b.
