This invention for settling the problem provides this reinforcement holding material featured by having a holding part formed in a spiral shape and holding the reinforcement and a spacer part having a spiral outside dimension larger than this holding part in the reinforcement holding material for holding the reinforcement in a prescribed position and this execution work method using it.
