Abstract:

To provide a portable relaxation tool capable of supporting a neck part and a wrist part and relaxing body and mind, and a method of application for the same.SOLUTION: A relaxation tool comprises a cushion part contacting the neck part, two cylindrical holding parts supported by inserting the wrists, and a connection part connecting the cushion part and the cylindrical holding part. The relaxation tool connects the cylindrical holding parts through the respective connection parts on both sides of the cushion part. A method for relaxing the body is for relaxing the body by using the relaxation tool, bringing the cushion part into contact with the neck part, putting the wrists in cylinders of the cylindrical holding parts, and resting both the neck and the wrists.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
