Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can prevent operation of a crossing warning machine or the like even if a crossing control element is actually operated due to short circuit by a track short circuit unit when measuring a control section length of the crossing control element.SOLUTION: Although an output (electric power supply) from a crossing control element 1 is stopped when short circuit is generated between rails 3 by a track short circuit unit 4 and said short circuit is detected by the crossing control element 1, a relay operation retainer 100 monitors the output from the crossing control element 1, and starts electric power supply to a reception relay 2 when detecting that the output is lowered. By electric power supply from the relay operation retainer 100, an operational state of the reception relay 2 is maintained even after the output from the crossing control element 1 is stopped, the reception relay 2 is not fallen, and as a result, also a crossing warning machine or the like is not operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
